US shipping is complimentary.

International shipping will vary by location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Times vary based on product:

Originals: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Limited edition prints: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

US Local Pickup

I offer free local pickup in South Bend, Indiana. After selecting local pickup at checkout and placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Processing time is the same as above.

Honduras Local delivery

​

If you live within a 10 mile radius of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, I offer local delivery for $30 during certain times of the year, including Christmas time.

Duties and Taxes

Products going outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and prints. Isabella Di Bono is not liable for these changes and are the customer’s responsibility.

These duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are not included in the checkout total. In order for the shipment to continue to its destination, you will be notified by the customs agency by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order confirmation and invoice is delivered to your email automatically after purchase. It may be in your spam folder if you cannot find it in your primary inbox.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at isa@isabelladibono.com with your name and order number.
