Refund policy

I accept returns or refunds for any product that is already damaged when received by the customer.


I do not refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for the damage of products that were the cause of the customer. This includes tearing prints, smudging fingerprints, damaging works, etc.


I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.


I have a 14 day return policy. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me at immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue. If a return is approved, return shipment will be covered.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that it is unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.




You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return, and I will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original method of payment within 10 business days.
