Do you ship worldwide?

 

Yes, for all original paintings and prints! Shipping rates will vary by location.

Can I make changes to my order?

 

Because of the packaging process, we are unable to make an exchange of products after checkout.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Will I get a certificate of authenticity?

 

Originals and limited edition prints will arrive with a certificate of authenticity to preserve the integrity of the piece.

 

Do you accept commissions?

 

Yes! Go to my ‘Commissions’ page to find out how. However, I can only accept a limited amount.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

Your order confirmation and invoice is delivered to your email automatically after purchase. It may be in your spam folder if you cannot find it in your primary inbox.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at isa@isabelladibono.com with your name and order number.

Do your original pieces and prints come framed?

 

Currently no unless stated otherwise. Although I would like to offer this option in the future, it is a much more complicated packaging and delivery process.

 

Where can I find frames for your pieces?

Standard sizes can be bought in multiple stores online. Custom frames can be made at your local frame shop.
