Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling a discovery call. I'm excited to meet you and learn more about your photography needs. Your experience matters to me, and these guidelines help provide the best service possible. Punctuality: • Please be on time to our scheduled call. It's a really short duration, so it's important we both respect each others' time. Cancellation: • If you need to cancel our appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled start time. Rescheduling: • You can reschedule our call at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled start time. Photographer Cancellation or Rescheduling: • In the rare event that I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule our call.
